How to Register

Select your week. There will be five weeks for the 2024 camp season.

  • June 2-7

  • June 9-14

  • June 16-21 (SOLD OUT)

  • June 23-28

  • June 30-July 5

Reserve your spots. Choose your week of camp and number of participants (youth AND adults). The number you see on your selected week's drop down is the maximum spots you can register for (the maximum any one group can register for is 50). If the drop down shows less than 50 as the highest number, that is how many spots are still available for that week)

Submit your deposit. Deposit is $50/person. Online registration requires a credit card.

Things to Know

  • SOS Summer Camps 2024 total cost: $365 / participant

  • All weeks are High School only.

  • Each group can register for a maximum capacity of 50 spots.

  • Spaces guaranteed on first-come, first-served basis upon payment of deposit).

  • All registrations should be for a group (no individual registrations).

  • Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT REGISTRATION:

  • Cost for SOS Summer Camps 2024 is $365 / participant.

  • Groups will be guaranteed space (as available – first come, first served) with their 2024 SOS Summer Group Application and a $50 per participant deposit.

  • Deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.

  • Groups cancelling or reducing the number of participants on or before Drop Day, March 15, 2024, will lose their deposits, but will not be required to pay full tuition balance for any dropped spots.

  • Groups cancelling or reducing after Drop day, March 15, 2024, will be held responsible for their entire tuition balance.

  • SOS will update our COVID-19 protocols regularly as we approach summer camp. Our protocols will be based on recommendations and policies from the CDC as well as local health directives in Memphis. Please know that we will closely follow all recommendations (which may include things like mask-wearing indoors, social distancing, proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test results, etc.). Any groups or individuals who are not able to follow our safety protocols will not be able to attend camp and will not be eligible for a refund. If SOS must cancel camps due to COVID-19, all groups will receive a full refund, including deposits.
